2006 marks my 25th year in this East Lansing, Michigan studio. Over the past quarter century I have made many messes, completing countless calligraphic projects and a plethora of pictures.I have also taught part-time in the Art Program at Lansing Community College since 1981.

Before moving to the Lansing area, I studied art at the University of Michigan School of Art in Ann Arbor, where I received a BFA in 1978.

I grew up in Livonia, Michigan, the oldest of three children. I have been making art since I was old enough to know not to eat the crayons.

I live with my husband and daughter a bicycle commute away from my downtown studio.

I have several resumes, each emphasizing a different aspect of my career.
